Hotels in Orlando, United States
Once home to cotton, citrus and cattle but now home to Mickey Mouse, there is plenty to keep you busy in this theme park paradise. This town is enormous and is best discovered behind the wheel of a rental car. Known as the top holiday hotspot with its 90 or so attractions, Orlando promises fun for the whole family.
To avoid disappointment, prepare to spend at least a week covering the whole of Disneyworld and at least two days at Universal Studios as these places are vast. Orlando's visitors usually enjoy the dolphin and seal shows at SeaWorld, as well as enjoying a meal at one of the many themed restaurants scattered around the resorts.
Trips out of town are recommended too. Take a drive out to pretty Winter Park and Disney's town called 'Celebration' or stay in town and enjoy a rewarding wander around pretty Downtown.
